Assignment 4

This is my fourth time visiting Barcelona, so i did´nt have to many expectations. The first time was very spesial, because i was her with my art school in a sort of exhange program. The stay lased for two weeks, and we wear living home to the Spanish/catalan students. It was very strange at first, because we had big problems with communicating - they did´nt know anything english and i did only know "hola"!! But a was very welcome in their house, and they tried everything to make me feel comfortable. The first thing i found very strange was that nobody put of their shoes when the enter the house. I did of course because it´s very common for me. They thougth this was very strange.

The other thing was that they saved the electricity al the time, turning of the light in every room. So it seemd like nobody was home...

But the family was great, they treathed me like their own doughter, driving me, making bocadillo and talking. Because me and the mum really became good friends without ectually understanding the words. This catalan family was very friendly, open and i will never forget them. The only problem is that i lost their adress and number or else i would love to met them her again!!

In a big contrast tho this is the people working in the stores - a hate them - they have never heard about coustumers satisfaction, service and who to be polite. They don´t even know who to smile - i thougt this was basic for al people! I have had so many problems with returning shoes, because they were broken, two times it happend!!! after 7 days use, who is it possible? But the people in the shop just start arguing with me, saing that i go dansing to much, - what is that to say!!

It´s not only in shoes shop....it happens everywhere!!!
This would never happens in Norway...coustumers satisfaction is important and to treath other people nicly, that´s al i ask for a little friendly face!
